Over three days (26-28 Nov 2012), a various variety of high-level experts through across the Asia-Pacific Area came together in Bangkok, Thailand in order to ultimately reflect on this question and think about the future of schooling beyond 2015. This was the next Asia-Pacific Regional High-level Expert Meeting organized by UNESCO Bangkok and also supported by japan Ministry of Training, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology.
The actual meeting brought together diverse knowledge and skills associated with experts from across areas of schooling, neuroscience, learning sciences, economics and also technology. The actual culmination of this profitable meeting and the initiatives of many colleagues possess resulted in this result record.
This particular outcome document shows UNESCO’s on-going work in collecting and thinking about opinions for a new vision of education and the development of the post-2015 education agenda from an Asia-Pacific viewpoint. In this most recent document, particular consideration has been given to rethinking learning inside a world which has gone through important change in recent decades; and the need to place particular focus on lifelong learning; the standard of learning; the science associated with learning and the function of information and communication technologies in changing the type of learning.
